How do I buy a Firearm online?

To buy a firearm online, you'll need to find a licensed firearms dealer who can facilitate the purchase and shipment of the firearm to a licensed dealer near you. You'll then need to pass a background check and satisfy any local and state regulations before taking possession of the firearm.

Are there States & Cities Stack Arms will NOT ship firearms to?

Stack Arms will not ship firearms to states or cities with restrictive firearms regulations. Customers should be aware of their local laws before attempting to purchase firearms.

California	Handguns must be on Approved List. Assault weapons must be CA Approved.
Connecticut	No Semi-Auto Rifles.
Maryland	Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons
Massachusetts	No Handguns, Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons
New Jersey	Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on Assault Weapons
New York	No Assault Weapons, No Handguns (NYC)
Washington D.C.	No Firearms

Who pays FFL fees?

The buyer is usually responsible for covering the FFL fees, but arrangements can vary based on the agreement between the buyer and seller.

Does Stack Arms accept Firearm return?

Yes, Stack Arms accepts firearm returns within 30 days of purchase.

Who pays Return shipping?

All returned firearms are shipped at the buyers expense...
